We are currently accepting applicatons for the following positions: Service Advisor KMS Tools & Equipment is looking for a friendly and courteous individual to fill a full-time Service Advisor position in our tool repair shop. The candidate must be motivated and energetic, and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills. The Service Advisor is responsible for providing prompt, friendly service by listening to customer concerns and accurately writing and tracking work orders. The job requires someone with mechanical knowledge and an ability to prepare estimates and explain the details of the necessary repair work. Cashier / Receptionist. This is a permanent full-time position, typically consisting of a half day serving our customers at the cash counter, and half in directing calls to our staff, along with a variety of clerical duties. Normal hours would be about 40 hours per week, excluding evenings and Sundays. We prefer retail experience and are looking for excellent customer service skills.

Sales Associate As a sales associate you will be on the front lines of the most dynamic tool store in Canada. You will interact and assist all types of customers....from the "do it yourselfer" to the "professional." This is a great opportunity for those who want to get their foot in the door in a rapidly growing company, or those who want to incorporate the practical skills they have learned from working in the field into the retail sector. Potential candidates must be a team player with a passion for sales, be able to work in a competitive sales environment, and move with a fast growing company. Previous sales and field experience is an asset but not required. You will have an outgoing personality that thrives while working along-side others but will be capable of working seamlessly, with out supervision. Typical daily responsibilities will include receiving, processing of orders, and possible physical duties (up to and including 50lb's). Previous warehouse, forklift experience and personal transportation, will be an asset but is not required. Potential candidates must be a team player with good communication skills and flexible in a variety of work situations. Technicians must be experienced in small machine repair that include: pressure washers, air compressors, welders, power tools, machinery, etc. Job duties would include general repair shop duties, forklift maintenance, and basic vehicle maintenance.
